BoreCheck: A New Generation Approach to Turbine Gearbox and Bearing Inspection
BoreCheck uses advanced endoscopy and image processing techniques to detect cracks, fractures, and mechanical damage in turbine gearboxes and bearings. It provides end-to-end service, from endoscopic camera image acquisition to AI-assisted analysis and reporting.
Thanks to high-resolution endoscopic images, the mechanical components inside the gearbox can be examined in detail and safely from different angles. This method eliminates time-consuming and risky manual inspections, reducing the need for complete turbine disassembly.
